A diner from Hudson, OH

Tried this for the 1st time since the name change. As far as I can tell, the name is the only thing that's really changed much. Unfortunately, the things that made me stop going to Tequila Panchos for lunch remain unchanged. The service is incredibly slow. There is one very sweet, very overworked waitperson, who was completely overwhelmed by the 10-12 people that were in the restaurant at the time. Not his fault, in my opinion. The kitchen is so slow that it's really not practical to go there for lunch if you only have an hour. The food is pretty good, and the lunch menu is reasonably priced, but the 40 minutes we waited for a taco salad & shrimp tacos was too long for an hour lunch, and we had to ask for it to go. The slow service is the reason we stopped going to Tequila Panchos. I had the shrimp tacos, which were just okay. About 3-4 decent sized shrimp per taco, lettuce, and diced tomatoes. No cheese, no sour cream and no salsa/taco sauce. Mexican rice and beans were average. I hope they take steps to speed up the process at lunch, because there are quite a few offices in the Hudson area, and they could do a real good business.
