I have been eating at the Tavernette for special occasions for three years now, and my experience there has always been 100% phenomenal. The taste of the food itself just has such a great flavor, I don't think there is anything at this restaurant that isn't done right. From the classic relish tray consisting of pickle spears, cottage cheese, and sauerkraut to the hand-cut seafood and steaks to the desserts, everything is perfect. The ambience provided by the antique toys on the walls and the gentleman in a tux behind the bar is stellar, as well as the service. You will never EVER leave this restaurant hungry. Best restaurant in the area by far!

I took my adult children there for my birthday and had built it up since it is a place I had been to many times over the years. The meals were less than impressive, value worse yet and sadly will not return to the Tavernette.

I loved the food and the atmoshere. A bit pricey for me but well worth it.

Very, very good food and friendly service. It's a little dark and doesn't have any windows, but if you don't mind that that food is delicious.

Great food, an even better atmosphere and decor. It has the largest collection of old toys and other antiques spread all over the place. It would take several visits to see everything. Very fun and tasty place to eat. You will not be disapointed!
