A native of Buenos Aires, Chef Christian Folch's passion for food began at a young age. He learned the art of cooking from his mother Dona Laura, who instructed him in all of her culinary secrets from her. Folch learned time-tested cooking methods and secret ingredients that have been passed through the family for generations.
