Taco Bell is usually the only fast food place I will eat at, as I travel around the US. I live in Port Angeles, WA. I have tried the Taco Bell here about 5 or 6 times in the 6 years I've lived here. The last time was 2 years ago. EVERY time I have eaten here, we waited more than 15 minutes for our food, even when going through the drive through. One time, my husband went in on his way to an appointment. He ordered 2 tacos...and a drink. He specifically told them he was in a hurry. The employees and manager were having a meeting. As he waited the disappointing usual 15-20 minutes for his food, he overheard the manager ask the employees about any concerns they had. My husband piped in about the long customer waits. I finally talked him in to giving it another try. We went in last Saturday (July 18th, 2009) We saw two employees smoking and on their cell phones in the parking lot. When we walked to the counter, no one was there to greet us, and the racks were filthy and greasy. We waited for a while, then turned and walked out. Port Angeles is a nice town, and generally known for excellent service. And I've never experienced any problems at any other Taco Bell restaurant, just this one. Get it together guys!
