North Little Rock Restaurant Guide

JFK & North Hills Sherwood, AR claims to not close until 2am. Stop because your closing managers are closing before designated time. Granted it was 1:50am, I had to call the store phone and when the manager(Kiara) answered i told her i was at the drive-thru speaker. She informed me the store was closed. I explained to her that this location was open until 2am and that the car in front of us was served their order. I was told that they ran out of EVERYTHING and the car in front of us ONLY got a cheese rollup. I asked why didn't anyone come on the speaker and say you were closed or that you ran out of EVERYTHING. Apparently they were told to take their headset off by the manager. If your employees don't like working your designated closing shifts, they need to be transferred to day shift. And someone needs to be trained on truck orders since this location apparently ran out of EVERYTHING. If you have a good experience at a resturaunt you tell 5 or 6 friends, have a bad one and you tell everyone. I shall be telling everyone. I would also be interested to see the reciept from 1:50am on Feb. 11th showing that the car in front of me got only a cheese rollup. And furthermore, i will gladly go out of my way to another store even with the gas prices rising again. I will not be back to this location.
