Extremely slow service. Barely anyone speaks English. Rude workers who accuse you of hitting their car, even though there is solid proof that it wasn't you, they continue to yell at you. Always hard bread sticks.

The place is run by loud teens blasting rap on the music system. Place was dirty, and worst of all, they still don't get it: No cheese enchalad's on the menu yet. I don't get it. Food in general was average as one would expect at such low cost. They hire only Latino, so I see them as racist as I am black. Kids out of control in the dining room. O.K. for take out, but thats it if you're an adult. While I am at it, avoid Nicks Nest in Holyoke. These people are greedy at 2.75 a hot dog and the hide the catsup. Better off with 7-11 hot dogs at a buck a pop and just as good.
