When it was open and running through 1988, they had a Swedish Chef who prepped the nights meal. I then warmed the food and stocked the banquet tubs. It was all Fresh food except for the mash potatoes. Had to watch out for reactions to teh mash potatoes. But still the finest food in the Valley! A fine restaraunt in its time. I grew up with the Arnold family children- Susan, and Ray and great memories of Kingsburg High School and its Band with LJ and Mr. Engstrom! What wonderful times it was!
We came across the reference for La Bella Voce on 'restaurants.com.' We went on Mother's Day. The place was absolutely packed. I can certainly see why. The service was pretty good. The only thing I even remotely had issue with was that it was slow. B
