I have bee to thus restaurant twice, both tin=mes a alittle after 8. No hours listed on door, but 99/100 restaurants I have been to stay open at least till 9. The hostess both times promptly told me sorry, we closed already. No reasons, but I felt they treat locals better, I saw several tables eating away. If I was a black man, I would say it was pure prejuduce.
