We have always received good food and service, but today it was TERRIBLE! The waitress brought the dinners and the meat was refrigerator cold. Waitress never came back to check if everything was OK. After 10 minutes we found another waitress, who took the food back and had it reheated. The dinners came back at the proper temperature. The original waitress never came back to serve us desert, after we had finished eating. Finally gave up and had to go ask the waitress for the bill (She was busy socializing with two counter customers). We did not get the included desert and when I was paying the check the cashier asked how everything was and I replied TERRIBLE. From that moment the cashier did not talk and took the money. I gave this restaurant 1 star but if it was possible I would give it zero stars.
