The food is actually pretty good and they did open up downtown-
Now the issues-
They're slowwwwwwwwwwwwww! So Slow. It takes at least 15 minutes to get drinks and an order in.
Don't get take out unless you call ahead and even then when you show up you may be told they don't have what you ordered that day.
For example- I work downtown and called ahead 20 minutes to order Nachos and when I got there, I was told they have no chips. How can you have no chips! That's like a Chinese restaurant not having rice!
Next the wait staff is good looking (which is nice) but are indifferent at best. It seems as if they don't notice you or simply don't care. It's annoying. It creates an uninviting atmosphere. It also seems like at times they have no clue what they're doing. People line up waiting to pay for their orders.
If they speed up some, and had a staff that seemed like they appreciated you being there, this place would have potential.
