I was in line for 15 mins. I asked for extra ranch dressing - checked my bag - none. No napkin included. My diet limeade was a cherry ade. This Quincy, IL location needs some quality control lessons!!!!!

THEIR IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE SONIC WHERE I LIVE BUT. I DO THINK YOUR RIGHT ABOUT THEM AND THEIR SLUCH CONSISTINCIES. EVERY TIME I ORDER A CHERY LIMADE, THEY DO NOT PUT THE EXTRA CHERIES IN, EVEN THOUGH I DO ASK FOFR THE EXTRA CHERIES, EVERY TIME. WHY DO YOU LET PEOPLE ORDER THE EXTRA CHERIES, EVEN CHARGING THEM EXTRA FOR THEM, AND THEN NOT EVEN BOTHER CHANGING THE NUMBER OF CHERIES THAT YOU PUT IN THE DRINK???!!! YOU COULD SAYE, "IM SORRY, MAAM, BUT WE DO NOT PUT EXTRA CHERIES IN OUR LIMADES." INSTEAD, THEY CHARGE YOU FIFTY CENSE!!!!!

I LOVE SONIC, BUT THERE LIMADES MAKE ME VERY DISSAPOINTED SOMETIMES.

AS A "QUITE REGULAR CUSTOMER", DON'T YOU THINK SONIC SHOULD CHANCE THEIR TV AD QUIT RUNNING THOSE TWO JERKS. ME AND THE REST OF THE WORLD ARE REALLY FED UP WITH THEM. I HOPE YOU CAN PASS THIS ON TO SONIC. OTHER THAN THAT, IT'S A SUPER PLACE FOR A QUICK MEAL, ALWAYS HAS BEEN. THANKS

We visited your sonic drive inn at Pocatello Idaho and ordered a corn dog kid's meal,the corn dog arrived with a broken meal coating and the weiner appeared to be burned.We asked the waitress to return the corn dog for a replacement in which she agreed to after waiting approximately 15 minutes, my wife and I decided to leave and e-mail your company. great food, a bit too expensive, and the last time we ate there, our kids ate the popcorn chicken and got food poisining. We were up till 6:00AM the next morning while our kids threw up all night. I will be making a complaint to the County Board of Health

Sonic is a great, fun place to eat. The service is very good, and the food is delicious, especially their cream slushes and other specialty drinks and shakes... the burgers are tasty too. Fun for the whole family, since their aren't many drive-in type restaurants around anymore. The Sonic's I've been to have always been when I was out of state.

this has been a long time coming, it is a crying shame to have such wonderful promos, and facilities, just to get food that is sub standard, i prefer eating at every sonic i pass but the one in aberdeen ms is absolutely horrible, i got a junior burger meat in a #1 about a month ago, you must never order a blast or shake there because it is so full of whip creme ( cutting food cost) that it is like white air. last week we ordered an orange and creme slush and there was no ice at all, tasted like hot milk with orange flavoring, last week we got there at 9 30 and ordered burgers took 20 minutes to get food then we ordered desserts and they said "we closed". today after church we stopped to eat and a man was powerwashing the dining area. he power washed all around our car the entire time we were trying to order then when 2 women pulled up (same memebers of his ethnic group) he stopped spraying and said i'm sorry to the woman , can you hear them now. then he started to flirt with the women and was saying mother F----er and s--t and every other four letter word you can think of. My husband rang into the kitchen to ask him to stop as we had a child in the car. The women and the man took exception to him asking him to quit cursing in public. I come from a chain where if you curse any where on the premise you are to be terminated immediately. We left the sonic, did not get our food and will never go to the one in Aberdeen again. Which really limits our dining experiences. But Sonic want care and pretty soon that franchise will be closed because they neglect their guest in all the wrong ways. Obvioulsy corporate does not care or their web site would have a contact us section.

GOOD FOOD, BUT IF YOU DON'T PUT KETCHUP AND SALT IN BAG. I CAN NOT EAT THE FRIES I ORDERED. AND WHY IS IT ALWAYS ASSUMMED I'M NOT GOING TO SIT AND EAT AT DRIVE IN. BRING AN TRAY FOR ME TO EAT OFF OF. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO TAKE CARE OF ME TO GO, I'LL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IF YOU HAD AN SIGN UP, YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR IT. THAT WOULD BE MORE BULL, SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ASK. WON'T RETURN AFTER THROWING FRIES AWAY!

We always order stawberry slushes or lemmon berry slushes. We have a problem with the consistency of the 3 Sonics in our town of Ponca City. The one on North 14th street is always cheating us out of a good slush. Just tonight I got slushes to take home to my family. I arrived home just to find that the slushes were practically colorless absolutely NO strawberries after I ordered extra strawberries. They seem to not care about their customer service. When you are looking forward to your favorite drink and they cheat you out of it, it really ticks you off. I have sent them back before to be fixed and they still don't do it right. The Sonic on 5th and Hartford is not as accessible to our area but they certainly do a much better job with slushes. This problem with the North 14th Sonic has been happening for many months. When I order a strawberry slush I WANT PLENTY OF STRAWBERRIES!!! Not a colorless, flavorless slush!

sonic is doing much better. my food and over all is better now then its ever been. who ever is running the store now makes them worsh their hands were the people can see and the carhops have got alot better, after all your carhops are what bring your customers back other than food and how clean. keep up the good work.

there has been times since this new sonic has been built that i would be at tha ordering speaker and no one would response to me so like anyone i started looking thru the glass at the worker wandering what was happening and they would look at me so i knew that a reply to my request of hello,hello was fixing to be answer but they would walk away from the window, so i figure the speaker was broken, until she open the window and started to tell me what the car behide me order,so i decided not to eat at that point and just get an ice cream cone and i paid for an ice cream cone that was really small so i paid for it, the teller didnt said she was sorry or anything concerning our conversation that no one reply to me at the drive thru speaker,

I love Sonic Drive Inn is the best and I would eat it everyday I love the people that attend me they are so friendly. I would love to become part of their team just to know how they make those tasty burgers.

I think that it is the best place to eat, ever sence they got there chicken club toaster back!!!!
