Locally owned and operated by brothers John and Tom Knorr, SoBo's Wine Beerstro is one of four local restaurants belonging to the Southernboy's Concepts. Focusing on great food and wine with a bit of an upscale flare, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is warm and intimate. Featuring a progressive wine list with 100 New World wines makes it easy and fun to select something that will more than please your palette. Southernboy's also own and operate Evolution Craft Brewing Company, a small local micro-brewery that focuses of using green technology to produce specialty beers that are paired with food featured at their restaurants. SoBo's strive to use local organic and sustainable products whenever possible. We constantly update our chalkboards to bring "Farm to Table" items that offer the purest and freshest selections based on seasonality and availability. We source local meats, poultry, produce, and seafood, and make all our recipes from scratch to let the natural flavors shine through. SoBo's take great pride in bringing the pure and simple approach to our food and beverages, and look forward to being of service to you.
