Check your bank statement if you use a debit card. I dined at Bell Wv Shoney' restaurant on 03/08/2010,paid my bill with my bank debit card. much to my surprize when I received my bank statement the purchase at the said shoney's at Bell Wv was charged 2 times !!! I went back and was told that I would be required to prove my claim by presenting my Personal Bank Statement. I was wrongfully charged for my meal and then was treated as if I were trying to defraud them! Needless to say that was the last trip to any of the Shoney's restaurants ever.
