When our party arrived at the restaurant they couldn't locate out reservation. However, the hostess who seated us indicated that she was the person that I spoke to over the phone when I made ther restervation. Although we were off to a rocky start at the begining the food more than made up for it. The food was reasonably priced and I have to reiterate that the food was excellent. I have been to several Japanese restaurants and I have to say hands doewn this is by far the best one that I have ever been to.

Only flaw that makes my food rating 3 stars is the lettuce, tired iceberg. Everything else on the menu is 5 stars, to-notch quality. Ambiance is low key but very neighborly and friendly.

I have yet to be disappointed with this sushi jem tucked away in the land of strip malls.
My only desire is to change the music. Something soothing and more appropriate for the cuisine.
