My dinning at Sherwood Oaks was great. For years I wanted to have a GIRO plate - they serve the best! Their fresh chef salads and garden salads are incredible~! secret dressing. If you want a great breakfast, there is no better place than this, for big and small eaters. They service with a smile. try their stuffed peppers, or their steak!

My family and I have been dining at Sherwood Oaks for many years. We are from Chicago, but have a summer place in Morris. I will NEVER eat there again. My husband and I went for dinner last Sunday. My meatloaf was rubbery and bland. The gravy had a cinnamon (nasty) taste. My husband's London Broil looked twice cooked Jewel roasted beef. His potatoe looked like it was 2 days old...THEN the dessert. Rice pudding that was spoiled. My husband could not find a napkin to spit it in fast enough. I don't know what happened to this place!! We didn't complain. Just left...and said we would never go their again. Diner beware!!
