fried aholehole is great, met the chef and the Nakagawa family, all wonderfull, best restaurant in hilo
a diner from Bay Area, CA
This is a fish farm, so the fish is excellent. The portions are huge and everything is fresh, fresh. Japanese influenced. Very popular, recommend reservations. Heard the mullet was excellent, I did not try.
