The owners of Salina's would like to introduce you to Arizona Style Mexican Food. We are proud to bring you the recipes that have been passed down through generations. This food is well known from Sonora, Mexico. The only difference from the preparation today is the elimination of lard. Salina's uses only 100% cholesterol free vegetable oil. As we prepare your food. We want you to enjoy its freshness. Our famous salsa is fat free and prepared fresh daily. We use only the ripest of avocados for guacamole, and the beans are vegetarian style (no lard) as mentioned above.
