What a wonderful experience my wife and myself had. We just got back from eating at Salays grilleand I had to get online and write a review about our experience. I had a sirloin and you can throw the A-1 out because this steak melted in your mouth and the flavour was wonderful. I wanted to try the ribs but never been there before and didn't want to take the chance of a tough rib experience. But after I seen the ribs that another couple had ordered they looked delicious. They did coment on how tender and good they where. Will definately order them the next time.My wife had the barb. chicken and was pleased as well.
The waiter was friendly and very warm hearted as well. Great service and very pleasant to talk to as well as helpful with ordering as this was our first time there.
And now one of the high points of our experience. We met Chef Deb who is the owner of Salays. What a wonderful down to earth all around sweet person. She treated us as if we were family. very kind and she put alot of hard work into changing the atmosphere to a warm and light one. Not at all the dim lit dungeons that some restaurants go for. The atmosphere seems to be a reflection of her own charm. She truly was a delight to talk to. Will be back Deb to try those ribs out. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
