Rudi's ROCKS! My girlfriend and I get up to Winter Park a handful of times each summer for the excellent Mt. Biking. Each time we do not leave town without a stop at Rudi's Deli. Fresh baked bread, generous portions and tons of vegetarian options is what keeps us coming back. This place is great! I recommend the Turkey Avocado Melt.
