The food is excellent, it's just like eating grandma's Sunday dinner except during the week. The peach cobbler is my favorite, I can't wait to visit Sherman Texas again, mostly to eat at Glory to God.
This is a great place to eat. They have the best sweet potato pie I have ever had!

The food, and service had much to be desired. No drink refills. Orders were not correct. Staff was not interested in trying to make us happy. We will not go back!

The food and chef were wonderful but the wait staff (drinks, refills, salads, cocktails, check) were very slow. We did not receive our cocktails until the chef had almost finished, no refills on tea or water, but that is my only complaint. Everything else was just wonderful.
Before Tokyo, I never liked rice at all and when I went to Tokyo restaurant and ate fried rice, I loved it! I go there every week. Sometimes the steaks were perfectly cooked but other times, it was dry or overcooked. But I still go because of fried rice. Service was bad and slow. Food is awesome!
They have the best sushi north of Dallas at a reasonable price. I recommned the Volcano roll for a spicy/savory taste sensation which will make you want to return many times.
