Best food for your dollar....and comes w/tea. I go for their special often and I have enjoyed all of them. Their caldo on cold days, hits the spot ! Good service !

The only reason to eat at this restaurant is the view of the San Antonio river and the River Walk. The food is not nearly as good as the many other excellent Mexican restaurants located throughout San Antonio. Casa Rio food tastes marginally better than a tv dinner.
As far as dining goes, the Manhattan's food is definitely sub par. The food is overpriced without the emenities of chips and salsa as a free appetizer.
