A quaint local place with overall good food, be sure to check the special board you will find unique items there. The burgers are always great and there is jazz on the weekends. I was in once right before a show and it was more hectic than usual but still got good service.
Wonderful service, wonderful food. A bit pricey, but it's worth it.

Not good for children unless you like paying overpriced food. Also, the service was not the best and for the amount of money not worth it to cook my own food.

My wife and I went thru the drive thru and ordered deluxe sea food platter and #1 combo.We came home and ate,at 1:00 am we were both sick,throwing up...We have been sick for 2 days...
When spending $12.00 for a Mushroom cheesburger and a side it would be nice if it was served hot.
My mashed taters couldn't even melt the butter.
I was there for lunch this week with a party of four, the food was delivered late and cold. Only one of us finished the entire meal.
The house special filet was by far the best steak I have ever had. I did not know beef could be so tender, and the gorgonzola cheese and mushroom stuffing put it over the top! Serving staff and management were very friendly and made us feel special. Fun atmosphere. We like to walk around the World'...
A truely great restaurant with great food, service and ambience. What else could you ask for? Highly recommended. Soups are my favorite.

What a surprise! It's hard to believe this place has been here since the World's Fair. Most Knoxville people I've talked to don't even know it exists.

This restaurant went out of business several years ago.
I went to The Melting Pot on New Years 2000 and had the best time. They have great service and great food. Its dining out with a twist.
