The burgers was totally horrible. I opened mine, and grease just dripped all over my shirt, and the fries were cold and soggy. Worst customer service I've had in a while.
Suprisingly, a good restaurant that you'd never expect. I tryed it on a whim after I wanted something different. I don't regret it. I go back often.

Frank's was a rare restaurant. It's been around for many years, and the food never changes, which is great. Frank is a very nice guy, and he can make a really mean burger. Very bad service. Their hamburgers are the worst. The waitress was snobby, and everything was cold, except for the warm soda that never got refilled.

I went one day, and had to wait in an empty restaurant for 15 minutes while the waitresses were talking to each other. When I finally was seated, I waited a half hour, the place still empty, the waitresses still chatting, then I got up and left. Horrible service.
I've dined here 3 times. Every time I get pasta, there's enough water in it to take a swim. Not to mention, a couple of times the food had not too much flavor.

Some of their food is really good, unfortunately, the dishes I loved usually gets discontinued. But... they brew a lot of their own beer, and most of that beer is absolutely delicious.
It is a good adult atmosphere with a bar and tables/booths in the smoking and a quieter non smoking area. The food is delicious, especially their handmade pizzas and their beer is good too. The service is very good and they are more than happy to help if you are dissatisfied.
