KELLY'S PUB AND EATERY SERVES THE BEST HOT WINGS IN THE AREA. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND IT WAS KID FRIENDLY.
We love Kelly's. They are truly the place for hot wings! The service is great and it is a very kid friendly place to eat.

if i could give the higher stars i would. best diner in scranton, only problem is they need to get bigger because the crowd always packs the place
great upscale corner bar. good menu selections from pizza to dinners great seafood and pasta
this is a small place with great food. the seafood is great especially the clams
