After reading the review from Greg Trout, I will not eat at this restaurant, and will in fact mention that review to other aquaintences. That should not happen to anyone. I appreciate that he was willing to write that review.

After living in the neighborhood for 6 years I could kick myself for not having found this gem sooner. I was drawn in by their $5 "best of PhillY" Cosmo and free food happy hour and have been going at least once a week for two months now. Everything from the cheerful maitre d', the sharp witted and ...
The best crabcakes outside of Maryland! Prices are good also; large portions, good service. It's been a few years since I last was there but it will be on my "go back" list.
My husband and I have been going to Kabul for years. It's a very good restaurant, BYOB, and we like the music and service. It's in a great location, reasonable, and convenient to the Arden or other entertainment sites in Old City. And they always have coupons in local papers and the Entertainment ...
It has changed owners ( and I believe it's name is now A K Peking Duck House). We always ate at Joe's when we went to Chinatown. We tried eating at the restaurant that replace it and were very disappointed.

I've been coming to Vietnam Palace once a week for four years now. I've seen it transition from a fairly shady-looking place to a lovely, classy restaurant. One thing hasn't changed with the updated decor: the quality of the food. Ever since the first time I've set food in this place, the service ha...
the food is great, but more importantly, it is exceptionally prepared. the honey glazed salmon melts in your mouth. the salads are always fresh. the steak is tender & juicy. never disappointed.
yo this is the most bangin seafood around the cook PETE MAKES THE BEST GRILLED CHEESES I EVER HAD. you got to try the all new appatizer sampaler its the best
Delicious lasagna and potato skins.
Food was good, parking was easy, prices are good, but the staff did something very nice that was appreciated. --r
My only negative comment is the fact that you do not take credit cards, as it is very difficult when you have a good of six or more and cannot determine before hand the cost that will be incurred.
I have been going to this restaurant for years. It's a bit pricier than most strip mall Chinese Restaurants, but well worth every penny.
All I care about is that the food is awesome here. It is as good or better as Italian restaurants in South Philly. They have the absolute best pan fried crab cakes, all jumbo lump crabmeat in them. And the Linguine and Crabmeat is to die for! Way, way too many old people! Its like dinner time at t...

I've wanted to try this restaurant for years. Finally did and found the food to be quite good, at about the price I would expect to pay for this quality (entrees about $20 each). I had a chicken/potatoe/leek soup (creamy and flavorful), Maryland crabcakes (light, not gooey), and coconut sorbet f...
I noticed that mention Kabul restaurant on your website. I thought I should make you aware of a situation this past weekend that may make you rethink this decision. My girlfriend and I entered this establishment at 9:30 on Friday night. Waiting at the appointed area to be seated, we were eyeballe...
The best salsa and chips brought to your table immediately. Excellent food and good price. Yum!
This well-hidden jewel has great authentic Szechuan food, and has delivered consistently for almost 20 years. The Steamed Meat Dumplings are fantastic. Most of the house special dishes (marked with a red circle on the menu) are great; try the Fried Squid (with spicy taste), the Filet of Beef with ...
Terrific! It's a bit noisy if you're trying to carry on a serious conversation... but the setting is intimate and food is terrific.
There is a fine selection of seafood. Specials are done with a lot of flair and portions are nice. The staff is courtious, helpfull, and attentive. Seafood is not cheap, but this restaurant gives you a good value for the money. I would highly recomend the talapia, shrimp three ways, and the wild...
