How can you go wrong with this place? The BBQ chicken is outstanding and I've heard that the ribs are great as well. Not only that, but you get a lot of food for your money.

I was raised in Dayton and come back ther about 4 times a year for various reasons. These trips always include ribs from old hickory. To me, they are the best after sampling many others. I only eat ribs from Hickory now.

The Oakwood Club was good many years ago. I don't know if they have a new owner or chef, but the Frecnh onion soup was tasteless and the cheese was not fully melted and crusty like it use to be. Also, my wife found a hair in her vegtables and the waitress acted like it was no big deal! She didn't...
