I hate to read bad reviews of this place, as our family loves it! I order the Roquefort burger every time and it's seriously the best burger i have ever had! This restaurant has the best broasted chicken and potatoes in the Dayton area. Their house dressing and homemade cole slaw are also the greatest! I highly reccommend it.
Best BBQ chicken in the Dayton and surrounding areas. Hometown look and feel. You take a step into the past when you enter the door. Great value! We make the make the trip often.
I would give Barbecue Hut a high five on all their food and their help. We eat there at least once a week. Jim the owner is a real nice person and makes you feel confortable while you are there. Their food is the best and their Barbecue is the best. I hope they never close.
Old Hickory has the best prime rib, steaks, and chicken. Their service was excellent and I will be going back again and agian.
Dry food with a dull atmosphere.

How can you go wrong with this place? The BBQ chicken is outstanding and I've heard that the ribs are great as well. Not only that, but you get a lot of food for your money.

I was raised in Dayton and come back ther about 4 times a year for various reasons. These trips always include ribs from old hickory. To me, they are the best after sampling many others. I only eat ribs from Hickory now.
