I am from Memphis, and my visits to the area would NOT be complete without at least one meal at Freddie's. Everything from the chopped salad, to clams casino to cheesesteak sandwiches are top of the line, fresh and delicious. The cocktails are generous, as well. We always eat in the bar, that's w...
Been going there for almost 40 years. Family owned and operated - menu has slowly evolved from the very early years of good bar food to the great food on today's menu. Friendly (sometimes noisy) atmosphere. I hesitate to recommend it because when I go I may find that you've beat me to an availabl...
A great place to meet and talk with friends.

Between the worlds of fast food and haute dining lies a niche of mid-priced, quality take-out restaurants; Chicken Holiday in Hamilton, NJ is certainly within this range. The standard 4-piece Chicken Dinner comes with fries or mashed potatoes and a dinner roll - a ton of food for only $7.45!! ...
This rocks!!!!!!!!!!
JoJo's has great food and a real pub atmosphere. The pizza is fab! It's usually noisy and crowded, but everyone is happy and you always run into a neighbor or friend. There is usually some entertainment booked on weekends. Parking in rear or across the street. Expect to wait for a table.

Nate's is a great bar that has been around forever. The food has always been good, and the prices are awesome. A group of us went there and got 6 pizzas for under $70 (most were plain). Nate's is happy to be what it is, and they do it well.

Good pizza, and pasta is ok. Gnocchi not so great. Friendly, we go often for the pizza.
Applebees is a chain restaurant, so you get pretty basic chain restaurant food. However, this location has great service and the food is always fresh tasting and at the right temperature.

Behind an unremarkable facade is a fairly decent Italian place. The pasta was properly cooked to al dente, not mush like so many places serve it, the sauce wasn't too sweet, and the sandwiches were nicely filled.
best pizza in new jersey
Applebees was a great treat for us. We were visiting from out of town and saw the familiar applebees sign so we decided to visit this one. It was great. The people were very friendly and speedy in service. We have gone to other applebees and this one seemed to be the more courtiest. We will be bac...
