El Toro has great food and I think it is the best Mexican restaurant in Lincoln. Their servers are always very friendly and polite. The service is great.

The food was about as authentic as you are going to get in Lincoln, NE. Overall, pretty impressive. Service was a slight bit lacking, but acceptable.
