The food was pretty good. Not the best I've had in Winston, but it was very pleasant. I would definitely go back.

Far cafeteria food, this is really good. It is my daughter's favorite restaurant in town (she's 4) and the only place I can take her and she will eat the vegetables! There is always something for everyone - salads, fish, baked spaghetti, Chicken pot pie, baked ham, 9 choices of vegetables, and the...
My family and I have dined with Macaroni Grill for many years now. We have always enjoyed our dining experience with them. Good restaurant with better than average food. But overrated and not a good value for the money. Lack of privacy while dining -- big open room, noisy.
This is NOT a fast food restaurant. It's a small, locally-owned sit-down place. Lunch and dinner are average quick meals, but breakfast is one of the best in town! Wonderful waffles, hash browns, country ham. Great value for the money, friendly waitresses provide good service.
