This is the Westin Hotel's coffeeshop. Very overpriced. Mediocre service. Hotel ambience. Worn.
The cucumbers on the salad appeared to have been sliced 3 days before they were served and were in bad shape. The french fried potatoes with my overpriced KC steak were standard grocery store frozen french fries. This was the worst meal we had over a 5 day stay in KC.
We resorted to the Brasserie after learning Benton's was closed on a Monday evening. We were pleased. Business looked slow and most of the restaurant was roped off except for the bar area. We each ordered a salad ("Chop" salad I believe) which was absolutely excellent. Our entrees were the fried flo...
Go there mainly for coffee since its Starbucks...they sell a lot of it! Very good, nice staff...tons of people getting coffee to go..the other choice is Einsteins, but I like this better.
wonderful..staff went out of her way to help us Food was very good took a little long but she let us know and kept checking back. Trout was very good. Nice young man in a suit was very nice.
