We are not impressed with Bob Evans in Port Huron. We've eaten in their "flagship" restaurant in Rio Grande, Ohio. This one doesn't compare at all. We had the fried cod....greasy!!! You could almost wring the grease out... Good service and amibence...but...the food is what it's all about.
My husband and I went there for dinner last night to join the 501 party and there was no room for us in the bar, very disappionting, would of loved to have been a part of that.
Ordered 7oz. burger with cheese. Waited about 30min. to receive food. The burger was thin, outside charred, inside dry, tasted like a frozen burger. Manager asked if I would like another made to go since the other people I was with would have been done with thier food. All that was taken off the bil...
Worst ribs I have ever had. Fatty, fatty, fatty. There was fat between the layers of meat, fat on top of the meat. Gross!!
Good food, especally the Cod Fish dinner. Reasonably priced. Has a somewhat smokey atmosphere.
A family type restaurant with customers that keep coming back and are known by management. A long time retaurant that has been ion the area for a oong time.Not recently redecorated or given a fACE LIFT INSIDE.

Nice view of the Blue water bridge. As far as the food, low grade steak quality(commercial grade steaks)not the Choice or select the owner claims. They have "dummy downed" the quality....and are still selling it off as premium.True restaurant goers no the difference, might have the locals fooled, no...
One word, EXPENSIVE!! The waitress was ok, view of traffic going by and a radiator repair shop next door, and the prices were ridiculous! Our drinks sat empty through dinner, and the kids were very bored.
This place was HORRIBLE...low grade food and nasty perch, defentley not lake perch(very fishy)..... This place used to ok, I would not go back ever, sorry. To many other places doing it better in the area.
Junk! Gourmet Burgers my BUTT. They have switched to lower quaility food in the past year or so. Used to have a good chicken and dumpling, now it's crappy! BLT was full of junky bacon. Oh well, back to Rum Runners.....at least they seem to get it.

This place disrespected us by charging $21.00 for a soul less chicken breast. To the head chefs: any respectable chef sees right through you. You give St. Clair County a bad name.
I would not recommend this restaurant. The fish is not fresh, but frozen and thawed. Furthermore, they serve tilapia when you order sea bass: two very recognizable and different fish on opposite ends of the price spectrum.

CAN'T FIND A MENU OF THIS SITE OR ANY OTHER SITE SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. HEARD IT WAS A GOOD PLACE TO DINE. BUT YOU NEED TO INVEST IN AN EASY ACCESS SITE TO VIEW MENU.
