My husband and I visited this restaurant on a Monday night around 7:30pm. Not a lot of cars out front and four parties seated in the window area facing the street. Half of the restaurant was dark and it looked like it was closed. The food was adequate for a seafood restaurant, nothing to write hom...
My family and I went to Grillots on Thursday night and the food was fantastic. The grilled oysters were delicous and so was everything else. My daughter got fried shrimp an I ended up eating them. Simply amazing! Deffinately a family place. Strongly recomended.
La Casa Gomez can be summed up in one word HORRIBLE. If you like dried-up food and no service whats so ever then this is the place for you. We were the only customers in the restaurant and we still couldn't get proper service. There were two servers and trying to get anything we asked for was lik...
We also had roaches, but on the floor, not in our food, that we saw. This is one of, if not, the worst places to eat in Mandeville. Taco Bell is much better than this place. I wish the owners would read these reviews and make changes. The beans were crusty, the enchiladas were crusty. the cheese dip...
after finding a roach in our drink, both my girlfriend and myself woke up sick the next morning with diarrhea and vomiting
Best fajitas we have ever had.
Food was Great- very authentic!! The employees were really friendly to my kids...We all had a great time. Glad we chose to have dinner there.
Ambience is like entering a shinto shrine as you enter through the tori gate, the presentation is stunning and the sushi, sashimi, yakitori the freshest I have ever had. Service was o.k. Sushi lovers will not be disappointed!
The best, freshest sushi not only on the Northshore, but the New Orleans area! We found them by accident a year or so ago and have been going back at least once a week. We've NEVER been disappointed. The sushi is beautifully presented and always fresh and delicious. You're really missing out if y...
Best sushi in the South! Generous cuts of freshest sushi ever. The sauces are prepared in house which makes it far superior than other restaurants. Presentation is stunning. Me & hubby eat there at least 2-3 times a week which has helped our cholesterol levels back to normal. Amazing. Go try it. You...
Can you say FROZEN MYSTERY MEAT? Maybe they've just given up. Don't go there. Seriously...just DON'T.
Best Latino Food within 150 Mile Radius of New Orleans
This was by far the WORST service I've ever had in my life. So rude extremely expensive and food was mediocre at best. I give this place two thumbs down. No wonder the entire place was empty--clearly we aren't the only ones boycotting this place. Never again.
A very nice poboy joint for Mandeville. It's one of the last places I've found serving home made roast beef on their sandwiches, and not sliced pre-cooked deli roast beef. When you bite into a chunk of the garlic it's been stuffed with before cooking, you know your eating something prepared by someo...
GREAT roast beef poboy, friendly staff, one of the best poboy restaurants i've been to! not to mention the cute owner ;)
Party of 7, dines early to beat the Saturday rush. Two of the dishes were under cooked, the soft shell crab special topped with lump crab meat "sauce" was nothing more than lump crab meat. Not pleased.
I love going for an interesting dining experience and onj top of it all the have an excellent and beautiful bus boy who just makes the experiece divine
Just a hole-in-the-wall place that serves GREAT fried chicken, seafood po-boys and other assorted sandwiches. Down-home food!!
"The North Shore really needed a place like this" are the first words that came out of my mouth. It's a super nice bar with very good tapas-style food. Huge bar area, comfy and cozy couch seating. Wine, mixed drinks, beer, food. In a neat atmosphere.
found a cockroach in my food as well as the diners next to me. Everyone stares at you and it smells foul do not go here unless you want food poisining
