Been coming to Savannah for years and always enjoyed the ambience and antebellum trappings of the Gryphon Tea Room. Unfortunately the art crowd (I myself am an artist) convinced the management of the Gryphon to mix modern concepts and the tastefull furnishings of the Gryphon and succeded in ruinnin...
Food and service was excellent. Very friendly. Strawberry shortcake....best I ever had.
This place is truly the best!!!! We moved away from Savannah 5 years ago and we always are craving the wonderfull food at Hirano's. We want to visit Savannah again soon JUST TO EAT THERE!
We Travel From Charleston SC just to eat at HIRANOS
Watch out! This is addictive :) I ate Hirano's for the first time last week and I have been back twice since. The food is excellent. The portions are large. The service is excellent. They stay busy though, so get there when they open or you might have to wait a little bit. They have made a new fan ...
This place is great! I ate there a couple years ago, and now me and my friends go there almost every Friday. I love the sushi and teriyaki chicken. And their ginger dressing for the salads are my favorite part!
If you are looking for a small family owned Japanese restaurant you have found it. You wont find commericalized japanese food here. It all fresh and hand made and cooked. They even have a guys who chops every vegetable to perfection. Such is the best. You WILL go back. Great for students, execs and ...
I have been a loyal diner for years. This place is great. Staff is friendly and the food is great for the price. We eat here once a week atleast. The take out is just as good as dining in....
I went to the Huddle House on Abercorn and it took 1 hour to get my food. When I requested to speak to the manager she refused to see me. When I finally received my food, it was under cooked and cold. Service was the worse ever. I try to give them the benefit of doubt because they were under staffed...
The view is fantastic, the Red Beans and Rice, classic!
It's the 5 time we've been in several years, and we love it everytime!
Absolutely rude environment and does not know how to treat it's customers. My husband and I came across Kim Chi II while touring Savannah on a weekend trip. We decided to give this restaurant a shot, and found that although the food was decent (much of which I could make on my own at home), the ser...
THE FOOD WAS OK BUT THE PORTION SIZE SUCK FOR WHAT IT COST.I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!!
I've been eating Korean food for many years at home and in restaurants in NY, LA, and Atlanta and Kim Chi II is lacking in a few areas. First of all when Koreans visit a restaurant the first thing they look at is the side dishes. When you go to a Korean restaurant you are served small side dishes wi...
The service has always been fine when I've been there. The food, by and large, is very good. Plus, it's not like you have a whole lot of choice in the Savannah Korean restaurant scene. The o ky way to get better Korean food is to make it yourself or drive 4 hours to Atlanta.
It is the first best Korean restaurant that I learned, while I am residing in this area since 1996. I and my husband go there every weekend and enjoy great foods/services.
My fiance introduced me to Kim Chi 2 a year ago and we've been there almost every week since. I love the food it's always fresh and filling, the service is as good as it can get for Koreans, English is not their first language but they are a great help! The ambiance is great, it's clean and we get g...
This place is a big deal on TV because of Paula Deen and how huge she is here in Savannah and on Food Network so off we went.I WAS SO DISAPOINTED!!!Greasy food, bland tasting, just UGH!!!I was underwelmed by it all. There was a huge line to get in and if I knew the food was that nasty and greasy,I woul...
It was always an excellent dining experience at Mama Maria's. The food was amazing and for dessert they had the best homemade cannoli's that I have ever tasted. The staff was professional and friendly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and I loved the Italian music that played. All I can say is ...
Sometimes its not about something bad happening but how the response goes.
My daughter had ordered vegetarian soup. She is a vegetarian. The soup came and had small amounts of beef in it. She didn't realize it and started eating the soup. She does not like meat and figured it out right away. ...
