I ordered a eggplant Parma grinder to go. When I got home I started to eat and it was awful and soggy I opened it up and saw soggy pieces of eggplant that had obviously not been breaded or fried today. It was awful. the sliders were uncooked. We got our food before apps. When i got my ziti and chicken with vodka sauce, the cook came over and asked me if there was lobster in it! AWFUL!!!

Was in town visiting ESPN ..i had never been there before, went with my family. the waitress zima who served us was excellent and she checked on us frequently, service was unbelievable food was great, it came fast and the restaurant was clean,we now go there every time were in town
Bagels Plus in Bristol CT has the absolute worst bagels I have ever eaten. They are so light they taste like you are eating air and they have very little flavor. I moved back to Bristol after being gone a long time and this cozy hometown diner is about the only thing I actually miss in that town. The food was amazing. The staff was like part of the family. Makes me want to own a place just like it when I retire!
calld to order a couple of pizzas was told they might hsve website on line i just wanted prices after all i was ordering 15 pizzas terrible service over the phone asked me what do i want was not even greeted properly any way ordered else were will never attempt to order from their again
My family ordered a variety of foods. Service was SLOW. Sea food was NOT fresh, and OVER cooked. I told the server my disappointment and nothing was done or manager did not take the time to talk to me.
I went here because I saw a good review in a newspaper. Well, it was just the opposite; the food was bad and the order wrong, the service was almost non existent and I wouldn't send an enemy here.

The food was EXCELLENT! The service was VERY friendly and proper. Dining in makes you feel like your in a place right on the shore. Overall I WILL return, and would recommend this restaurant to everyone I know!

my family loves this restaurant and we are picky! Food is fresh and tasty, and the kids love it!!
I ordered a simple turkey grinder with cheese lettuce and mayo and got a grinder loaded with raw onions, peppers, and tomatoes. How can they not get a simple order right?
Best place in town, it not only has great food but the staff is amazing. Me and my morning workers love starting our mornings at crystals and I also enjoy the weekend mornings as well w/ my wife and kids.

best diner, its hip cool and the wait staff is HOT! Me and my friends go there every weekend its our spot in the morning. I love it and i look forward to it on the weekends. My favorite meal is the sausage links of course!
