I have been eating Taylors Hot Dogs for over 50 years and if I knew how to make them, I would open another place in Las Vegas.
Bring shredded cheese of choice. They make them the way THEY want. I believe in traditions but traditions should be the clients choice. They didn't like it when I would put the cheese on in front of them. Other customers would look at me like they wanted some :-)
