A great timeless 'Hot Dog Stand'! Just good old fashioned steamed hot dogs and buns. Most of the time by 11:30 there is a line 15 people deep. Come on, were else can you find 2 dogs & a pop for under $5.00 and they add your order up on a brown paper bag then make change out of a wooded cash draw....

I ate my WEIGHT in hot dogs when I lived in Visalia from 1975 to 1980. I miss "Ma" Taylor, a lot. Great people, then. Jim Pixley, Corona, CA
I have been eating Taylors Hot Dogs for over 50 years and if I knew how to make them, I would open another place in Las Vegas.
Bring shredded cheese of choice. They make them the way THEY want. I believe in traditions but traditions should be the clients choice. They didn't like it when I would put the cheese on in front of them. Other customers would look at me like they wanted some :-)

From what i have heard Chef Tommy has left the restaurant back in April. Funny how they keep the name of the chef who is cooking in another restaurant here in town
I used to go to Tommy's all the time and request our favorite server in town. I made reservations a few eeks ago, and when I showed up I had to wait 20 minutes. I wasn't allowed to wait in the bar because it was reserved. Finally we got sat, however didn't get the server we requested, we had a "new"...

My wife and I went out for my b-day and we had never been to Tommy's. From the service to the appetizers,dinner and desert, it was A+! Who cares if the original owner isn't there anymore,whoever is running that place is doing a superb job. P.s. The kobe burger is to die for as well as the bread pudd...
