As a loyal customer w/ family for a number of years, I was extremely disappointed on a recent visit and will never go back again. First off, if you arrive at 8:30pm on any night - even weekend nights - be prepared to be told to rush your order because their kitchen stops cooking promptly at 9:00pm....
