I am from the Chico area since 1944. This restaurant is the best place to eat Mexican food. Service is great and so is the food. I have never received bad service or food there. Thumbs up for LaHacienda!

Burger Hut is a classic Chico burger place. A small fries will feed 3 - 4, and you can watch the burgers being grilled. You add all of the toppings you want, and the food is very good. Not many low fat / low calorie foods, but that's not why you go to a burger place, is it? Add an excellent ...
Its getting better, it was great before it was sold. AFter the new owner, the gal seemed to not understand what owning a restaurant meant, the service stank, she just hung out at the bar and watched unhappy, unhelped customers. It seems to be getting better now though, the service is better since ...

Our favorite place for breakfast! Good portions and yummo flaver! Get the 1/2 El Dorado Combo and you will not need to eat for the rest of the day! :)
Really good thai food!!!!! The best thai food I have had in Chico. Get the fried rice!!
Excellent service and always friendly. Great food at this Thai restaurant with many choices, but not too many. Great price for the portions you get.
The last guy who said that he enjoyed the Outback Steakhouse more than 5th Street in Chico, thats a guy who has eaten at red lobster and ihop his whole life. The fillet mignion or any other cut of meat they serve for that matter are excellent. When you serve good meat you don't over flavor it. Nat...
One of the best steaks I've ever Had. Great ambience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Terrific value.
5th Street Steakhouse is one of the top three fine dining establishments in Chico and probably the most successful in terms of number of diners served weekly. There is often a 45 - 60 minute wait. 5th Street is located a block from downtown in a historic brick building. The place is loud due to ...

Strip mall location. Wall murals, deli style seating. Great food, generous portions of staple italian. Chicken Parm, Lasagne, speghetti with a home cooked taste. Creative desserts, and fresh baked bread daily make one of the best "mom and pop" italian restaurants in the area! Delivery is also a...

Good for a quick bite and is a nice change from fast food; and healthier. It's clean it tastes good but all in all not anything extraordinary or surprising.
I did a phone order and they messed it all up and they gave me the wrong food and I was very upset becasue I was craving that food.

I do not expect a lot from a fast food restrants. I went into the rest room to wash my hands and the exhaust fan wasn't working and it felt like a sweatbox. The soap dispenser was in pieces and when I pushed for soap it fell out. No hand towels to dry my hands and the electric hand drier didn't wo...
They seated us next to some deli case in the back forty. I felt like an outcast but charged as if I were dining with royalty. Food was fine, service mediocre. not running back any time soon, tho.
First the good! The decor was great. The Garlic Mashed Potatos were EXCELLANT. The sour doug bread was great. The wait staff Top Notch. The dessert for my wife's birthday was outstanding. Then It goes down hill from there. This resturant was recomended to me from a close friend as being bette...
Well, I visited this place almost 6 years ago after first moving to this area, and was hugely disappointed then. Restaurants being creatures subject to change, I thought it only fair to try again, thinking to myself that a lot could happen in half a decade in order to make things different, and h...

There's nothing special about this restaurant. The meals are decently priced, but the quality isn't worth the savings. I was pretty disappointed.
