Restaurant Description

A simple little place, where simple values still apply.Food cooked to order and served hot and steamy. If you come during a rush bring an understanding that we are only simple southerners and move a little slower. But we will do our best to make it worth yhe wait.

Thank you all very much,
David Boone

We visited for my sister in laws birthday on a Saturday late afternoon. Something must have been going on as the owner closed the restaurant down early. They still allowed us to finish what we had ordered; crab legs, crab cakes which are a must there and the cold PBR can't be beat. If you get a chance to visit make sure you do, very nice group of people and awesome food, thanks for a good time despisito's.

I'd been to Savannah a couple of times and a friend recommended this place because I was complaining about the generic nature of most restaraunts.

The food is unbelievable, the service is like family, (I like my family), and the ambience is exactly what you need. And the beer is cold, cold, cold.....

Don't let the exterior fool you--this is first class seafood!! The shrimp salad is made using sauteed shrimp and it's the best I ever had! Go there for the deviled crab also. The service is excellent--you'll love it.

Do not let the area or appearance drive you away. Very fresh and perfectly prepared seafood. Just basic steamed or boiled food that is simply delicious. Will visit on my next trip to Savannah.

Despositos offers a screen door without a spring, fresh seafood cooked to perfection by the pound, sweet tea, coke, or cold Bud to drink -- and George Jones on the juke box. Is it any wonder that we give it 5 stars?
