My Wifes Shrimp combination dinner rated 5 stars, but my broiled seafood dinner was a 1 star so I avearged it out to 3 stars for food. My dinner was to have stuffed flounder on it but they substituted stuffed tilapia and then argued about it when I brought it to their attention. I subsequently filed a complaint with the Red Lobster main office and two weeks later got an email that said they were writing a letter to me and the next day a local manager called to apologize. Quite a tardy response I felt. If you order fish at this restaurant I suggest you warn the waiter that you will not permit substitutions. I personally will not order fish here again. I will probably eat at this restaurant again but will only consider a non fish dish.

THIS WAS THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. IT WAS MY SISTER'S 21ST B'DAY. NOT ONLY WAS THE WAITER SLOW AND RUDE, THE FOOD TOOK 1 HOUR AFTER WE ORDER, AND THE GENERAL MANAGER WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. HE TOTALLY RUINED MY SISTER'S B'DAY, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN A VERY SPECIAL OCCASION. NEW MANAGEMENT HAS RUINED THIS RED LOBSTER.
