THIS WAS THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. IT WAS MY SISTER'S 21ST B'DAY. NOT ONLY WAS THE WAITER SLOW AND RUDE, THE FOOD TOOK 1 HOUR AFTER WE ORDER, AND THE GENERAL MANAGER WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. HE TOTALLY RUINED MY SISTER'S B'DAY, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN A VERY SPECIAL OCCASION. NEW MANAGEMENT HAS RUINED THIS RED LOBSTER.
