I witnessed an upsetting performance by a manager. He, in front of customers, chewed out a polite kid for being two hours late for work. The employee politely told this manager that he believed he was scheduled for 11:00 am. The manager informed him he need not bother to start his shift. I could not order having to listen to this firing of a good kid.

Love this place...hate that there aren't more of these in other states. Rather, I'm sad most of them have been shut down or converted to some other restaurant.

All I can say is I can't wait to go back. Coleman's Fish sandwich's are awesome. The staff is friendly and the prices are a great deal for what they serve. Don't forget to try their coleslaw out. It is the best I've had.

Think Arby's is a great roast beef place? They don't even hold a candle to Rax. The best beef, great fries, it just blows away any beef sandwich place I've ever eaten at.
