I took my car there for the Monday night cruse and GOT A $5 DISCOUNT!!! finally a restaurant in Sheboygan gets it! I know re-opening a restaurant is hard work and they seem to be ironing out the kinks beautifully. The food is a little old and a little new. My old staple of steak sand. and onion rings still taste like they did in high school. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good burger stop with great ice cream too! P.S. i forgot the malts...mmmm

I have been a customer of this restaurant for many years. Today was my first visit since it has reopened under a new owner. The service was extremely poor. I had to wait and then finally ask for a cup for my drink as well as wait and ask for a straw. The so called 'french fries' were under cooked a greasy...absolutely no 'fry'. The brat that was served was partially uncooked. When I asked that the food be removed from my table, I was asked to step over to the other side of the restaurant so that 'things could be taken care of'. I didn't know what was going on. Then some guy leans over the counter and snidely starts ranting into my face that he served over 400 orders of french fries this past weekend without any complaints...then he tells me to get out of his restaurant. It was like a nightmare. Also, at no time did I request a replacement or refund. I simply wanted to finish my drink and leave. An elderly couple at a table near me also complained about the fries. This restaurant has recently been touted in the local newspaper as a Christian based business. If this is Christian...we are all doomed. I will simply wait until the restaurant again reopens, after the probable failure of the current owner, before I attempt to eat there. It is a shame to see a local favorite go so wrong.
VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS PEOPLE. WE LOVE THE SALMON. WE JUST WISH THEY WOULD HAVE MORE COUPONS ON THE PAPER,LIKE EVERY WEEK. THAT REALLY HELPS A LOT FOR A OUR BUDGET.
My husband and I had a very good time. The food and the service was good. Nice warm place and we meet some of our friends there. We will return for food and entertainment.
Like any buffet timing is all important so that you get fresh food. When the food is fresh it is really good but if you come at an off hour well leaves a lot to be desired. One unique thing about Golden Chopsticks is their mongolian bar where you ca

Walked in to the restaurants no one even said Hi. They have good food but the top of the bun was hard and the bottom was soggy. The french fries are soggy. Most of all it was OK but i don't know if i will go back.

My husband and I ate here recently, very dissapointing!! My food was overcooked, I waited 25 minutes for a 2 miniburgers and fries. I wrote a comment card so that they may hopefully attempt to make changes. Will not go back again. Go to Culvers similar but much much better.

Very clean restaurant Im not from around here but that was the best food that I have ever tasted. I know that the next time that I come to sheboygan I will be coming back to eat here. The people were very friendly. I felt rate at home.
I went into eat at Randall's Frozen Custard to eat and the food was really good I have no complaints. I will have to admit it is not as well run as when it was run by Brenda and Bridget. But for a brand new manager I would have to give it a 5

this resturaunt is a joke, I ordered a double bratt with extra onions and it came with three small onion slices. while i was finishing up my sandwich, the staff was mopping over my path out of the resturaunt, and as i was leaving they turned the lights off before i was even close to the door.

I would have like to have given it less than 1 star but that wasn't an option. We went thru drive-thru and ordered 2 fish dinners and onion rings. 20 minutes later car that came in behind us received their food. When asked where our food is staff said one of the fryers was broke. 7 minutes after that went inside building and demanded food or money back. They refused to refund money so had to wait another 2 minutes. Fish and fries were cold and one piece of fish had to go in the garage as they overcooked it and it had holes in it.

Service varies, depending on how busy and who works at the counter. Overall freindly attitude. Custard flavors are the store specialty, and Sandwiches are quite decent. For a fast food restaurant, food is above par. Service and fast food is what you'd expect from fast food, considering all the high school temp workers who don't always know what they're doing...

Cheesy potato soup was terrible, potatoes totally undercooked--very hard, no flavor and didn't come with bread as menu states. Had to wait for order, soup served in styrofoam bowl with plastic utensil. Plus, have ice cream cone card employee wouldn't punch it b/c i ordered a shake and not a cone! Other employees do punch card as long as you redeem for cone. Very upsetting, use to go every Friday for lunch. No longer do that.

King steak was dry and had no flavor. Clerk was rude and unapologetic and food service was delayed because take out was getting served first.

I went there to buy a custard cone. I had to pay extra for a glass of water, w/o ice and fairly warm. P b fudge crunch only had one(1)piece of fudge. I'm going to Culvers next time.
Randall's has the best custard in the town...not to mention the burgers are second to none! The restaurant is clean and the service is friendly and prompt. I would recommend Randall's to anyone looking for a great meal with an even better desert.
