Spanish Fort Restaurant Guide

We were referred to R and R by a ship captain, a local man. He was 100% correct for the price, the food, the service, everything was amazing. 6 of us ate appitizers, dinner, drinks, and desserts for $110 it was a TON of food and we took 3 boxes home. Feeding teenagers and taking food home for that price is a GREAT DEAL! The best food ever!!

In addition to some of the best seafood on the causeway, they sell fresh seafood (below) that is the best and at good prices.

PoBoys- Gumbo-Crawfish are the best

This is an excellent restaurant with a great atmoshpere. The Po-Boys are the best and Crawfish are unbeatable.

I also enjoyed the Gumbo.

I have been there several times, when the season for crawdads is in I'm there! There the best. But as far as other food items, the soft shell crab poboy was the pits, no flavor, too much roll, and over fried. The crab cakes were shredded meat over spiced that hides the flavor and over cooked. About the only other thing iI would order is the gumbo, that's it !

If u want crawfish (crawdads) then look no further. Always hot and spicy ! I had the hard shell crabs, and asked for spicy also but they were not like Maryland crabs, too mild. Insist on a lot of Old Bay seasoning, then much better.

R & R is a must EVERY year for this Snowbird. It's the best Crawfish we've found.

Fantastic seafood. The crawfish are always fresh, hot and spicy. The oysters on the half shell are salty and icy cold. I can't say enough about the courteous wait staff.

We eat at R&R at least one time per week. There is no better seafood anyplace! In addition, the servings are generous. I am allergic to MSG, and the food at R&R does not bother me. Thanks R&R!
