Wild caught seafood and "all natural" meats are brought in daily.
The wine program includes nearly 150 wines from around the world, including a private consignment of mature Classed-Growth Bordeaux.

The experience of Porta Via would not be complete without wine. Without wine, the food will taste outstanding, of course, but the philosophy of our wine program is one where food and wine are enjoyed together, as they have been for centuries, in every culture with an affinity for appreciation of gastronomy.
While it may be true that wine tastes better with food and vice versa, we also understand how important it is to make wine accessible and fun rather than serious and challenging on the pocketbook.
The very success of Porta Via lay in the energy created with friends and family enjoying the freshest ingredients in a comfortable and familiar setting.
We intend to enhance that experience with a glass or bottle of wine that encourages, perhaps, a bit of exploration.
