This was my family's 3rd trip to this ponderosa. Each time our experience here has not been good. Food is either over cooked and dry or undercooked and cold in center. Each time wait staff were notified. Cashier was unfriendly did not ask if we wanted a steak or recommend a soda. Did not even greet people when they walked up. People filling the food bar wearing ear buds almost ran me over. They were not paying attention. Will recommend returning.
