they are usually on time but when they are late and your food is cold,to bad, your problem. I ordered food was told 45minutes. after a bout an hour i called to make sure it was on its way,they told me it will be there within 5 minutes. ok, a half hour goes by and hes not here so i call again he gives me 4 dollars off my food.ok, so 10 20 minutes later they show up with cold i mean cold pizza and frogot the soda. so i call up not wanting it for free but wanting new warm pizza, he tells me he will have to now charge full price again and i would have to wait an hour. are you kidding me so i have to wait 3 hours,place 4 phone calls and pay full price.

I have ordered from this place many times but after last night, never again.

The young woman answering the phone was the rudest and nastiest person I have ever encountered. After I placed my order, I called back and added another dinner to my order. She insisted that she could not add it on to my original order and that I would have to place a second order; which I did.

She said it would be 45 minutes for delivery. My original two dinners were delivered one hour and twenty minutes late. It was missing the add-on dinner. I called back and was told by Millie that the add on was why it took over an hour even though I didn't receive it and then said too bad and hung up on me. Frustrated, I gave my daughter my salad to begin eating (it was her meal that didn't arrive). I began to eat mine only to find out that it was not what I had ordered.

So I called back again. When I gave my address Millie responded with "now what?!" I explained that I did not receive the correct order to which she replied "so"? I asked to speak with management and she said there wasn't any and hung up on me!

I packed up the meals and drove down to their site. She kept me standing there for ten minutes before finally addressing me. I told her I was returning the dinners since they were not what I ordered and that I wanted my credit card voided. She said she had no record of my ordering anything and refused to do it! I asked again for the manager’s name. She gave me a name but I did not believe it would be accurate. Surprisingly, it was the correct name. She refused to give me a credit and actually told me she didn't care and to shut up and stop talking.

I did finally reach a store manager and he credited my card. He offered me two free dinners, which I did not accept. I told him the only way to keep my business was to fire Millie. He said he did. I don't believe him.

At any rate, the food isn't good enough to warrant such treatment and there are plenty of similar places within a 5 mile radius.

This girl is a disaster. She should not work with people. She is devoid of any and all social skills.
