Bedford Restaurant Guide

I witnessed the cook dropping a piece of chicken on the ground where several drivers who have been out on several deliveries tread their shoes all over etc. An employee stated that the food should be thrown away and another piece should be cooked in place. The employee refused to serve the piece of chicken to their customers. The general manager of the store told the cook to put the piece back in the fryer for a few seconds and serve it with the order. The employee who stated this was wrong asked the manager to go home for the night. The manager then yelled at the employee and fired them. They ended up serving the chicken that fell on the floor to a customer. We filed a report with the health department and the district manager of the store still has not addressed this complaint almost a month later. The employee that was fired has been noted in the company computer as nonrehirable when in fact they did nothing wrong but defend their customers health. Please do not order from this restaurant because you really do not know what you are about to receive. Besides that the manager is unruly, tempermental and careless. Thank you.
