Over 10 years in the pizza business means that John and Bridget have eaten a lot of pizza, and they knew what they didn't want. John painstakingly researched and experimented with his recipe for our signature pizza and pasta sauce, until he found a way to make a low acid, (no more pizza heartburn), low sugar, all natural, preservative free, sauce that still had that authentic Italian flavor on which to build his pizza and pastas.
