Pub Culture
Anyone who has every traveled to Europe has probably experienced "pub culture"-the concept of a gathering place where community matters more than drinking. In that spirit, traditional pub food is fun, casual, and hearty. The Piper Pub & Grill respects this tradition but adds a sense of adventure with menu items such as the Black Canyon Ranch Idaho Elk Burger.
Tavern Tradition
Americans have been going to bars for years, but somewhere along the way they lost the concept of a gathering place where they could enjoy a beer, a casual meal, and the company of good friends. Travelers to Europe have probably experienced this gathering place tradition in the form of the local tavern or pub. While Boise has many "watering holes," only The Piper Pub & Grill offers a true pub atmosphere with a fresh perspective.

I've never had a better experience as far as a pub/grill goes. It is wonderful. The management obviously rocks!

One of the best places to eat Downtown! Huge selection of meals on their menu. Handspun milkshakes that are to die for. The apple pie shake actually has a hunk of real home made pie in it! WOW!
